Actually this family owned company should get 10 stars. On the day we called them our mother's house was over 90 degrees which was very dangerous and possibly life threatening to her. Gilbert and his crew came out and rearranged their schedules working overtime to install a new Lennox air conditioner the same day. The house is now at a comfortable level and she is doing great.I doubt that anyone else would have done this for us. We have used GE Heating for years and will continue to do so.

Gilbert and Coco showed up within 30 minutes and we're extremely helpful. My property is an Airbnb with guests checking in so it was very important and they did exactly what I needed. I will absolutely be using GE again because of these two men.



They game out to replace my main vent stack for the furnace and water heater. They could not have been more professional, friendly, and clean. They do amazing work. They make sure their customers are taken care of. I will continue to use their service when ever I need to.



We have used Gilbert and his crew on three separate occasions. 1) Repaired AC at 1/4 the cost of everyone else. When everyone wanted to tear out and replace the system, Gilbert and Coco spent hours diagnosing the problem and were able to make a repair instead of replacing everything. 2) Gilbert repaired our furnace when it quit working within 2 hours of it going out on a sub zero February day. 3) Gilbert sent a crew to refurbish/maintain our furnace that wasn't efficient. Since then the furnace has been running less, our house has been warmer, our furnace filters have been cleaner when we replace them, and our gas bill has been way less every month.

We are now using Gilbert and his guys to repair a water heater flue for the sale of our home. Long story short, we went through probably 5 HVAC companies before finding GE, and they are far and away the best. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

Thought our AC went out. Gilbert, owner of GE Heating & Air, came out to assess. Turns out it was a disgustingly dirty filter causing a problem. Not only was I educated on the importance of changing out the filter 1x every 30 days, Gilbert did not charge us for the service call. Thank you, Gilbert! ;)

Excellent Customer Service, fast response once I call requesting service, with these temperatures that are up in the 90° you don't want to wait a week out for someone to come in. Checked and verified the system before leaving. Also took precautions keeping social distance with this pandemic still going on. I highly recommend them.

We had been looking to get an A/C unit for the past few months, since summers are becoming too hot. We had a new addition to our family, and decided to put in A/C if this year is anything like the last few. We found GE in a flyer, and decided to call. Gilbert was prompt, professional and honest. When doing the estimate (which is free) he walked me through all the steps of installation, and reasons I should install a certain level of SEER. I told him that I had 2 other bids coming in, and I'd let him know. After the 2 other bids, which came in at about the same price, SEER, and tonnage, it was Gilbert's honesty and demeanor that sold me on GE for the installation.

GE showed up for the installation, and they were professional. I was worried about our carpets getting trashed when they walked through the house, since part of our back yard still isn't finished. However, GE did what any great company would and lay down cloth runners. Installation took about 6 hours, their work was clean and looks great (Gilbert even pointed out an issue with one of my GI outlets that is needing a fix.)

We have a company for our furnace and A/C now, and we will see them in the fall for a tune up and maintenance of my equipment, thanks GE.
